Hard drives are high precision machines. Pictures, Documents, Emails, and databases can be inaccessible if any mechanical damage occurs. Hard drives fail if got dropped or knocked or because of old age.

In some cases, even when files are simply accidentally deleted, it may be possible to recover the files, but quick and professional action is needed. It is critical to turn it off as soon as you suspect data loss, in order to minimize damage.

• We check your device quickly and determine if the data can be recovered, in some cases, it might take a few hours to start reading some data off the HDD.
• It is possible to recover customer’s data and sometimes it is possible to recover all system files, thus Windows or OS can be preserved and all data and software are brought back to normal. A list of all recoverable files can be emailed to the customer.
• The Hard drive might have only one hour before it completely dies, therefore it is important to not keep on trying to access the HDD. it is also important to list the most important files to be recovered first before the HDD dies.
• Recovered data can be placed on a USB memory or another HDD or external HDD provided by the customer or can be purchased from our store.
• The customer can check the recovered data and decide if all data needed has been recovered.
• Payment must be made before getting the data.
